Sunny Days Alphabet

We sing alphabet songs every day.  We use a lot of Dr. Jean songs, "Where is a" is a great song to start with because it is nice and slow.  One way we make them interactive is by giving each child one or two letters on cards.  When we sing about the letter, the child holding it brings it up to the pocket chart.  The cards can also be moved to a center for alphabetical order or upper-and lowercase matching.
