I was trying to figure out how my brand new kindergarteners would be able to do abc order. I came up with this idea using a presentation board, library pockets, patterned paper and my cricut. I used a Lettering Delights font to print the letters for each pocket. I probably should have laminated the pockets to make them a little more sturdy. I added an extra pocket at the end to store the words. I'll write the words on sentence strips (including our popcorn words, color words, number words, days, months, seasonal words, etc.). I will be able to change out the words to keep the center fresh and long lasting.

What a great idea! I love it - even first graders have a hard time with ABC order.
This is a great idea. Thank you for sharing. I am going to make one after seeing this. I will use in for my "Alphabet" station.
