First Grade Resume
We are in the final countdown! Woohoo! On the last day of school, we have a move up day and our kinders get to meet their first grade teachers. I used to have them write a letter to their teacher. Now I am a bit more creative, and they bring a resume! Here is the one I made to use this year.

Mother's Day gift using wordle
I had made one of these wordles and set it up with scrapbooking paper in a shadow box for my kitchen that used family words and places we've been. I received so many positive comments on it, that I made two more for Mother's Day gifts using the words my daughters came up with for their grandmother's. They came out cute!

March - Vet Center
Each month we change our dress up center based on a different theme. This month is the Vet center. We use stuffed animals, leashes, bowls, X-rays, brushes, etc. This is the sheet I made up for the students to fill out on their patient. (pictures on Animal Antics Art CD by DJ Inkers)
Here are a few photos of the center:

Shamrock Money Center
Today I made some centers with shamrocks I cut from the Cricut. Here is the first!
I used money stickers from Smile Makers.
Then I made the record sheet to go with it.
And here is the I can chart.

Valentines
My daughter and I just finished our Pinterest inspired Valentines.
Madison's third grade Valentines read, "I am glad you are in my school. Happy Valentine's Day!"
I make crayon hearts for my class every year with the saying, "You color my world." This year I also got little notebooks from Walmart to go with them.
